Instead of manually entering a candidate\u2019s qualifications into a secondary screening process (which can result in errors), you\u2019ll be able to initiate a background check directly from the LinkedIn Talent Hub interface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do I integrate Certn with LinkedIn Talent Hub?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Contact support@certn.co<\/a> to set up background check packages for your organization.
    *Note: The integration cannot be set up without these packages.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Once you have your packages setup, go to the \u201cproduct settings page\u201d on LinkedIn Talent Hub by clicking the \u201cPerson\u201d Icon in the upper right-hand corner, and then click \u201cProduct Settings\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. In Product settings, click on \u201cIntegrations\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Find Certn in the available integrations, and click \u201cAuthorize\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Once you click Authorize, you will be redirected to the Certn login page. Login to Certn to complete the integration setup between Talent Hub and Certn.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

    I have the Certn Integration setup, how do I order background checks? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click on the candidate <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click on the ellipsis <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click \u201cRun background check\u201d

    4. Select Certn as the \u201cBackground check provider\u201d <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Select a \u201cScreening package\u201d <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Verify the candidate\u2019s email address <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Click \u201cStart check\u201d

    8. Once the background check has been initiated, go to the \u201cProjects\u201d tab in the candidate\u2019s profile for updates. You can check the status of the background check, or view the results once the background check has been completed, by clicking \u201cView\u201d. This link will redirect to your Certn dashboard.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
